Abstract

Temelj zdravega prehranjevanja za otroke in mladostnike je pestra, kakovostna in raznovrstna prehrana, ki je dobra popotnica za nadaljnje življenje. Zato smo predstavili statistiko prehranjevalnih navad otrok in mladostnikov v osnovni šoli ter organizacijo šolske prehrane v naši državi. Osnovni namen raziskave je bil proučiti osnovne značilnosti prehranjevalnih navad učencev, njihovo mnenje in odnos do prehranjevanja doma in v šoli glede na starost, spol in šolo. Pokazalo se je, da med učenci različnega spola, starosti in kraja šolanja obstajajo razlike v prehranjevalnih navadah, v zadovoljstvu s šolsko prehrano in v drugih posebnostih prehranjevanja.

Secondary title: Eating habits of students in the second and third years of elementary school in northeastern Slovenia
Secondary abstract: The fundamental elements of healthy eating for children and adolescents is a high-quality and varied diet that will help develop good habits for future life. Therefore, we presented some statistics on the eating habits of children and adolescents in elementary school and the organization of school meals in our country. The primary purpose of this study was to examine the basic characteristics of the eating habits of students. We included their opinions and attitudes toward eating at home and school according to age, gender and school. It appears that there are differences in eating habits, satisfaction with school meals and other nutritional issues among students of different gender, age and place of schooling.
