Abstract
Dejstvo je, da so zadovoljni in zavzeti zaposleni produktivnejši in kot taki vplivajo na poslovne rezultate, zvestobo kupcev in podobno. Velika večina zaposlenih želi živeti produktivno, polno, uspešno, zadovoljno življenje in prav organizacija igra ključno vlogo, da zaposleni uspejo to doseči. Ob prihodu v organizacijo pri posameznikih se večinoma kaže visoka stopnja zavzetosti in motiviranosti, ki po raziskavah sodeč v nekaj mesecih upade. Gallup je v svoji raziskavi ugotovil, da na delo prihaja zgolj 26 odstotkov zavzetih ljudi, kar se kaže v velikem neizkoriščenem človeškem kapitalu. Kot smo že omenili, tukaj v glavni vlogi nastopijo vodje, ki morajo pri vsakem posamezniku najti skriti potencial, mu s pravimi dodeljenimi nalogami in pristopom dvigniti aktivnost ter ga voditi do delovne uspešnosti.

Secondary abstract: |
The fact is that the satisfied and motivated employees are more productive, thus affecting business results, customer loyalty and the like. Most employees want to live a productive, full, successful, satisfied life, and the organization plays a key role in retaining this with its employees. Upon entering the organization most of the individuals show a high level of commitment and motivation, which according to research, decreases in a few months’ time. Gallup found in his research that only 26% of the people coming to work are committed, which reflects in the large untapped human capital. As we have already mentioned the role of the leader, who must find the hidden potential of everyone, shows of great importance. With the right approach and thoughtfully assigned tasks they can raise the workers activity and lead them to improved performance at work. |
