Abstract

Magistrska naloga se osredotoča na planiranje kapacitet in razmeščanje delovnih mest teoretičnega primera. Temeljni problem magistrske naloge je bil isti teoretični primer rešiti analitično (s pomočjo izračunov planiranja kapacitet in matriko OD-KAM ter trikotno metodo za razmeščanje delovnih mest) in nato aplikativno s pomočjo računalniškega programa Autodesk Factory Design Suite. Ugotovili smo, da se analitični izračun in pridobljeni aplikativni podatki s pomočjo računalniških simulacij razlikujejo. Navedli smo ključne razloge za razliko in podali predloge za odpravo omenjene razlike.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis focuses on the capacity and layout planning of a theoretical example. The basic problem of the master's thesis is to solve the theoretical problem analytically (using the capacity calculation, the FROM – TO matrix and the triangular method for workplace positioning) and then using the Autodesk Factory Design Suite computer program. We have found that there was a difference between the analytical calculations and the data obtained by computer simulations. We have stated the key reasons for the difference and solutions to eliminate these differences.
