Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena pot načrtovanja upogibnega orodja glede na željeno končno obliko izdelka. Oblike samih matric so dobljene iz oblike izdelka. Na izdelanem orodju je izveden preračun primerjalne napetosti po Von-Misesovi metodi. Izvedli smo ga v programu Abaqus. Dobljene rezultate smo primerjali z dopustno napetostjo materiala matric.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis describes how sheet metal forming tools are planned according to the desired final shape of the product. Matrix forms are obtained from the shape of the product. A mean voltage calculation was performed on the manufactured tool according to the Von-Mises’ method. It was carried out in the Abaqus program. The obtained results were then compared to the permissible voltage of the matrix material
