Abstract
Namen magistrskega dela je raziskati vpliv gibalnih sposobnosti na telesno samopodobo pri učenkah, starih devet, deset in enajst let. Meritve so potekale na različnih osnovnih šolah severovzhodne Slovenije: OŠ Šentilj, OŠ Starše, OŠ Mala Nedelja, OŠ Podčetrtek, II. OŠ Rogaška Slatina, OŠ Toneta Čufarja in OŠ Franca Rozmana Staneta. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 166 deklic, starih med devet in enajst let. Podatke smo v okviru projekta Trendi telesnega, gibalnega in osebnostnega razvoja OŠ mladine - socialni status in življenjski slog sta pomembna dejavnika otrokovega razvoja zbirali s pomočjo izvedbe EUROFIT testne baterije, ki meri koordinacijo telesa, hitrost alternativnih gibov, gibljivost, vzdržljivost, eksplozivno moč, ravnotežje in repetitivno moč. Podatki o starosti, spolu in telesni samopodobi so bili pridobljeni s poslovenjeno različico francoske verzije vprašalnika za ugotavljanje telesne samopodobe mladostnikov. Za ugotavljanje razlik v telesni samopodobi med različnimi starostnimi skupinami merjencev je bila uporabljena analiza variance (ANOVA), za ugotavljanje povezanosti gibalnih sposobnosti s telesno samopodobo pa smo uporabili regresijsko analizo. Statistično značilnost smo ugotavljali na ravni tveganja 0,05. Prišli smo do ugotovitev, da je povezanost med telesno samopodobo in gibalnimi sposobnostmi statistično značilna pri enajstletnicah, torej pri najstarejši skupini merjenk, kakor tudi pri devetletnicah, najmlajši skupini merjenk. Rezultati so pokazali, da pa pri devetletnicah in desetletnicah sicer ni večjih statistično značilnih razlik. Ugotovili smo tudi, da na telesno samopodobo deklic najbolj vplivata koordinacija in hitrost, česar pokazatelji so rezultati pri testih, kot so poligon nazaj ter šprint 10 x 5 m. Vsaka od omenjenih sposobnosti se navezuje na eden izmed dveh sklopov gibalnih sposobnosti, koordinacija sodi v informacijski sklop, hitrost pa v energijski. Za razvoj obeh pa je ključna čim bolj pogosta športna dejavnost, ki pa naj bo prilagojena posamezniku, primerno intenzivna, strokovno vodena in nadzorovana ter pravilno načrtovana.

The purpose of the master's thesis is to research the influence of physical fitness on physical self-image of students aged 9 to 11. The research was conducted in various elementary schools in the north-eastern Slovenia: OŠ Šentilj, OŠ Starše, OŠ Mala Nedelja, OŠ Podčetrtek, VIZ II. OŠ Rogaška Slatina, OŠ Toneta Čufarja and OŠ Franca Rozmana Staneta. The research involved 166 girls aged 9 to 11. The data was collected in the framework of the project "Trends of physical, motor and personal development of children of school age - status and lifestyle are important factors of child's development". It was collected through the implementation of the EUROFIT Test Battery which measures the coordination of the body, the speed of alternative movements, the mobility, the flexibility, the explosive power, the balance and the repetitive power. The data on age, sex and body image were obtained with a Slovene version of the French version of the questionnaire for determining the physical self-image of adolescents. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to determine the differences in body self-esteem between different age groups of children who were tested. The regression analysis was used to determine the relationships between the physical fitness with the physical self-image. The statistical significance was established at the level of risk of 0.05. We have come to the conclusion that the correlation between physical self-image and physical abilities is statistically significant at eleven years, that is, in the oldest group of children being tested, as well as in the group of 9-year-olds, the youngest group of the research. The results showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the groups of nine-year-olds and 10-year-olds. We also found out that the physical self-esteem of the girls is best influenced by the coordination and the speed, which shows in the results of the tests, such as the polygon backwards and the sprint 10 x 5 m. Each of these abilities relates to one of the two sets of physical abilities, the coordination belongs to the information set, and the speed is in the energy set. For the development of the two, a frequent sports activity is most important. It should be adapted to the individual, adequately intensive, carried out professionally, supervised, and properly planned. |
