Abstract

V magistrskem delu smo najprej opisali pojme invencija, inovacija ter poudarili pomen družbeno odgovornega inoviranja. Predstavili smo tudi difuzijo inovacij. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili 3D tiskalnik in podrobneje opisali materiala, ki se uporabljata za izdelavo izdelkov s to napravo. V raziskovalnem delu smo natisnili več izdelkov pri različnih nastavitvah naprave. Tako smo preverili, kako vplivata hitrost pomikanja ter temperatura ekstrudorske šobe na kakovost izdelka. Preverili smo tudi kakšne naklone na izdelku je mogoče izdelati glede na debelino sloja. Na stroju smo nato izvedli modifikacije in znova proizvedli nove izdelke, ki smo jih primerjali s tistimi pred modifikacijo. Na koncu smo vse rezultate analizirali in podali dobljene ugotovitve. Skozi diskusijo smo ugotovitve primerjali s hipotezami in jih pojasnili.

Secondary abstract: At the beginning of this work we defined the terms invention, innovation and described importance of social responsible innovating. We also described the diffusion of innovations. In the following, we introduced the 3D printer with all the details and materials which are used in 3D printing. For the practical part of the master’s thesis, we produced several models with different device settings. This way we checked how the speed and the temperature of the extruder nozzle have effect on the quality of the product. We also checked which slopes on the product can be made according to the thickness of the layer. Then we made some modifications on the machine and produced new models, which we compared with previous. Finally, we analyzed all the results and described the findings. Through the discussion, we compared the findings with hypotheses and explained them.
