Abstract
Dandanes je v proizvodnji zelo pomembna produktivnost, h kateri prispevata tudi avtomatizacija procesov in izločanje ozkih grl. Tako je tudi v panogi predelave piščancev, kjer ozko grlo predstavlja skubljenje perja piščancem.
V magistrski nalogi smo zato konstruirali in izdelali prototip stroja za skubljenje perja piščancem. Stroj je primeren za majhne serije in majhne piščančje farme. Potrebno je bilo določiti obliko stroja, pogonski sklop in koncept kanala za perje. Izdelali smo 3D-model celotne naprave in naredili prototip stroja, ki izpolnjuje vse zadane zahteve glede varnosti, ergonomije in materialov.

Nowadays, productivity in production is very important, to which process automation and the elimination of bottlenecks also contribute. This is also the case in the processing of poultry, where the bottleneck represents the plucking of feathers.
Therefore, we designed and manufactured a prototype machine for plucking chickens. The machine is suitable for small batches and small chicken farms. It was necessary to determine the shape of the machine, the drive train and the concept of the feather channel. We created a 3D model of the entire device and made a prototype machine that meets all the given requirements for safety, ergonomics and materials. |
