Abstract

Namen magistrskega dela je proučiti vpliv organizacijske kulture na inovativnost v izbrani organizaciji. V teoretičnem delu sta podrobneje opredeljeni organizacijska kultura in inovativnost, ter vpliv organizacijske kulture na inovativnost, v empiričnem delu pa je raziskano zaznavanje dejavnikov organizacijske kulture, za katere smo sklepali, da v največji meri vplivajo na inovativnost v organizaciji. Na podlagi izvedenega globinskega intervjuja in izbrane literature smo ugotovili, da obstaja povezava med organizacijsko kulturo in inovativnostjo. Rezultati kažejo da organizacija inovativnost jemlje kot dejavnik organizacijske kulture in je za njihovo dejavnost samoumevna. Izid raziskave prinaša nova spoznanja glede korelacije med organizacijsko kulturo in inovativnostjo, ki so potencialno koristna za organizacije iz enakih ali podobnih področij (IT). Predstavili smo model organizacijske kulture izbrane organizacije, ki ga predstavljamo kot primer dobre prakse.

Secondary title: The impact of organizational culture on innovation in organization
Secondary abstract: The purpose of the master's thesis is to study the impact of organizational culture on innovation in the chosen organization. In the theoretical part, organizational culture and innovation, as well as the influence of organizational culture on innovation, are more clearly defined, while the empirical part examines the perception of the factors of organizational culture, which we have concluded that they have the greatest influence on innovation in the organization. On the basis of an in-depth interview and selected literature, we found that there is a link between organizational culture and innovation. The results show that the organization accepts innovation as a factor in organizational culture and is self-evident for their activities. The results of the research bring new insights into the correlation between organizational culture and innovation that are potentially useful for organizations in the same or similar fields (IT). We presented the model of the organizational culture of the selected organization, which is presented as an example of good practice.
