Abstract

V magistrskem delu je predstavljen razvoj JavaScripta skozi čas, moderna ogrodja JavaScript, ki se uporabljajo za razvoj dinamičnih spletnih aplikacij, in orodja za razvoj za odjemalca, ki pospešujejo in pripomorejo k celotnemu razvojniškemu procesu. Analizirana je arhitektura današnjih dinamičnih spletnih aplikacij ter osnovne funkcionalnosti ogrodij JavaScript in orodij za razvoj za odjemalca. V namen lažje diferenciacije med ogrodji in lažje izbire ogrodij za razvoj dinamičnih spletnih aplikacij je definiran empirični model za primerjanje in ovrednotenje ogrodij JavaScript. Empirični model je testiran na pet najbolj priljubljenih ogrodij JavaScript, ki se v praksi uporabljajo za razvoj dinamičnih spletnih aplikacij. Sodeč po kriterijih, definiranih v empiričnem modelu, so rezultati pokazali, da sta za razvoj dinamičnih spletnih aplikacij najbolj primerna knjižnica ReactJS in ogrodje Angular.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis presents development of JavaScript through time, modern frameworks JavaScript, which are used for development of dynamic web applications, and the tools for front-end development, which help accelerate the entire development process. The architecture of today's dynamic web applications and the basic functions of the frameworks JavaScript for the front-end development have been analysed. For the purpose of easier differentiation between the tools and easier choice of frameworks to develop dynamic web applications, an empiric model for comparison and evaluation of JavaScript frameworks has been defined. The empiric model has been tested on five most popular JavaScript frameworks, which are used to develop dynamic web applications in practice. Based on criteria, defined in the empiric model, the results have shown that the library ReactJS and the framework Angular are the most appropriate for the development of dynamic web applications.
