Abstract

Glavni namen naloge je bila izdelava sortirne enote s štirimi postajami za zaznavanje kovinskih in nekovinskih obdelovancev, katere se zazna s senzorjem ter se jih izvrže v odlagališče s pnevmatičnim valjem. Za izvedbo je bila uporabljena linearna enota s koračnim motorjem in integrirano krmilno enoto. Delovanje krmilne enote je potrebno predhodno parametrizirati, da dosežemo želeno delovanje linearne enote, ki jo nato vodimo s pomočjo industrijskega krmilnika. Uporabniški vmesnik, ki je zgrajen v programskem orodju TwinCAT3, omogoči uporabniku upravljanje krmilnika in različne načine vodenja linearne enote.

Secondary title: Controlling lnear stepper axis with integrated control system
Secondary abstract: The main purpose of the task was to create a sorting unit with four stations for detecting metal and non-metal workpieces, detected by the sensor and ejected into a landfill with a pneumatic cylinder. A linear unit with a stepper motor and an integrated control unit were used for the execution. The operation of the control unit must be pre-parameterized to achive the desired operaton of the linear unit, which is then controlled by using an industrial controller. The user inteface which was built in software tool TwinCAT3, enables the user to manages the controller and allows different ways of leading the linear unit.
