Abstract

Opismenjevanje je proces, s katerim se enkrat v življenju sreča vsak človek. Največkrat se s tem sreča človek v predšolskem obdobju, pred vstopom v šolo pa pride do formalne pismenosti. Prvi motivatorji in spodbudniki otroka v procesu opismenjevanja so vsekakor starši oz. skrbniki. Otrok jih opazuje in vpija kot goba. Prav tako tudi v vrtcu vzgojiteljice z različnimi vajami in igrami spodbujajo te sposobnosti. Zato sem se v diplomskem delu želela prepričati, ali predhodne vaje po vzoru metode montessori vplivajo na predpisalne spretnosti. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili področje motorike in grafomotorike. Predstavili smo pojem osnove pisanja, kjer smo omenili pravilno držo telesa pri pisanju. V empiričnem delu nas je zanimalo, ali predhodne vaje po vzoru metode montessori vplivajo na individualni napredek v določenih osnovah pisanja. Izvedeno je bilo testiranje v obdobju dveh mesecev. Otroke smo ocenili glede na sposobnosti risanja kroga, romba, vodoravnih in navpičnih črt, in to na začetku in na koncu testiranja.

Secondary title: Individual progress in certain basics of writing
Secondary abstract: Literacy is a process, which happens to every human being once in a life time. Mostly, people come into contact with literacy in the early pre-school period, before entering school we encounter formal literacy. The first motivators and encouragers of a child in the literacy process are definitely parents or guardians. A child observes and absorbs everything that happens around him like a sponge. Kindergarten teachers also encourage the above mentioned abilities with various activities and games. In this thesis we wanted to make certain of the impact of pre-activities modelled on the Montessori method and the impact on pre-writing skills. In the theoretical part, we presented the graphomotor and motor field. We introduced the concept of the basics of writing, where we have mentioned the proper body posture during writing. In the empirical part of the thesis we were interested in whether pre-activities modelled on the Montessori method influence the individual progress of pre-writing skills. We evaluated the children based on the skills of drawing a circle, rhomb, horizontal and vertical lines; this evaluation was made at the beginning and at the end of our testing.
