Abstract

Namen pričujočega magistrskega dela je bil proučiti, ali strukturirane delavnice glasbene terapije pozitivno vplivajo na odrasle z motnjami v duševnem razvoju na različnih področjih, in sicer na njihovo: verbalno in neverbalno komunikacijo, ustvarjalnost in domišljijo, urjenje socialnih spretnosti, samopodobo udeleženih, ritem in skupinsko dinamiko ter počutje. Pri tem magistrskem delu je bilo uporabljeno kvalitativno raziskovanje, in sicer multipla študija primera. Podatke smo pridobili s pomočjo sistematičnega opazovanja, dnevniških zapisov, introspektivnega poročila iz terapevtskega dnevnika (Knoll, Knoll, 2009), analize skupine po EBL metodi (Rutten - Saris, 1992 povz. po Bižal, 2016, str. 54), intervjujev s klienti pred in po srečanjih in intervjuja s strokovnim delavcem Varstveno delovnega centra Muta. Izvedeno je bilo deset strukturiranih delavnic glasbene terapije v časovnem razmiku treh mesecev s petimi odraslimi uporabniki, ki imajo zmerno motnjo v duševnem razvoju. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so strukturirane delavnice glasbene terapije pozitivno vplivale na vključene uporabnike v to raziskavo na vseh raziskovanih področjih. Še posebej se je videl napredek pri izboljšanju njihovega počutja, urjenju nekaterih socialnih spretnosti ter izboljšanju ritma in skupinske dinamike. Nekoliko manjši napredek pa je bil viden pri izboljšanju njihove verbalne in neverbalne komunikacije.

Secondary title: The influence of musical therapy on adults with mental disabilities
Secondary abstract: The aim of the present master`s degree thesis was to examine whether structured workshops music therapies have a positive impact on adults with mental disabilities in different areas, namely on their: verbal communication, non-verbal communication, creativity and imagination, practice social skills, self-esteem of participating, rhythm, group dynamics and well-being. In this master's degree the qualitative research was used, namely study of multiple case. Data were collected through systematic observation, log, introspective reports from the therapeutic log (Knoll, Knoll, 2009), the analysis of the group using the EBL method (Rutten - Saris, 1992 povz. po Bižal, 2016, str. 54), interviews with clients before and after meetings and interviews with a professional worker from the educational working centre Muta. Ten structured workshops of music therapies were done in the time intervals of three months with five adult users, who have a mild mental disabilities. The results of the research have shown that such workshops of music therapy have a positive impact on the involved users in this survey in all the research areas. The improvement of their welfare, training of certain social skills and improvement of rhythm and group dynamics were seen the most. Less progress was seen in improving of their verbal and non-verbal communication.
