Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava načrtovanje transportnega sistema za transport odpadnega materiala. V teoretičnem delu je podan opis transporterjev in njihovih glavnih sestavnih delov. Na podlagi robnih pogojev in zahtev naročnika so podani analitični preračuni celotnega transportnega sistema. S pomočjo preračunov so izbrani standardni elementi, s katerimi zmanjšamo stroške proizvodnje. Predstavljeni so pomembnejši koraki 3D-modeliranja sistema in konstrukcijske rešitve nekaterih podsklopov transporterja. Za izbran transporter so predstavljeni stroški izdelave. Na koncu so podane izjava o skladnosti in navodila za vzdrževanje transporterja. Rezultati magistrskega dela so bili uporabljeni za izdelavo dejanskega transportnega sistema.

Secondary abstract: The master thesis deals with the design of a transport system for transporting waste materials. The theoretical part provides a description of conveyors and their main components. Based on the client's terms and conditions, analytical calculations of the entire transport system are made. With the help of calculations, standard elements are selected to help reduce production costs. More important steps of 3D modeling and construction solutions of some sub-assemblies of the conveyor are presented. Production costs are presented for the selected conveyor. Finally, a declaration of conformity and instructions for maintenance of the conveyor are provided. The results of the master thesis were used to produce the actual transport system.
