Abstract

Secondary title: Design of the belt conveyor for discs
Secondary abstract: The main focus of this master’s thesis is to present the solution for the transport of discs from the punching machine to the annealing pallet. It includes a precise presentation of the design of two transporters and ball bearing table. This master’s thesis was written in the company Talum, which is presented in the first few chapters. Later on we focused on the design and the production of the prototypes of transporters and ball bearing table. This thesis also includes a finite element method analysis (FEM) of the table of the punching machine and a technical documentation for manufacturing purposes.
