Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava postopek konstruiranja priprave, ki bo omogočal hitrejšo in natančnejšo montažo elektromagnetnega krmilnega ventila prikolice v serijski proizvodnji. Prvi del diplomskega dela se nanašana na zgodovino podjetja AGIS TECHNOLOGIES in dejavnosti s katerimi se podjetje ukvarja. Opisano je delovanje elektromagnetnega krmilnega ventila prikolice in sestava celotnega ventila po korakih, kjer je natančneje predstavljen tretji korak. V nadaljevanju so opisane teoretične osnove konstruiranja, kateri sledi postopek računalniško podprtega konstruiranja priprave za montažo elektromagnetnega krmilnega ventila prikolice.

Secondary abstract: The procedure of designing a device that would allow faster and more accurate assembling of the Solenoid Trailer Control Valve in a serial production is described. The paper describes the operation of the Solenoid Trailer Control Valve and the composition of the entire valve step by step, with the most important third step described in greater detail. Next, the theoretical basics of the design are described and later on the procedure of computer-aided design of the device for assembling the Solenoid Trailer Control Valve is presented.
