Abstract
V današnjem času je optimizacija porabe energije vse bolj pomembna. Racionalna uporaba energije in zmanjševanje toplotnih emisij je izziv za inženirje gradbeništva, ki strmijo k iskanju načinov reduciranja nepotrebnih izgub in varčevanju energije. Diplomsko delo obravnava izračun toplotnih izgub za stanovanjski objekt, ki je po funkciji samostojna stanovanjska hiša. Najprej bomo izračunali toplotne prepustnosti fasade, stropa in tal objekta in bomo ugotovili, če so toplotne izgube ustrezne glede na maksimalne vrednosti, ki jih določa tehnična smernica. Zatem bomo izračunali koeficient toplotnega prehoda skozi ovoj stavbe, kjer bomo upoštevali toplotne izgube zaradi linijskih toplotnih mostov. Na koncu bomo predlagali nekaj rešitev za zmanjšanje toplotnih izgub.

Nowdays, optimization of the energy loss is becoming more significant . Racional use of energy and reducing the losses of heat emission are the challenges for the civil engineers, who strive to find ways to reduce and save the unnecessary loss of energy in buildings. This thesis is focusing on calculation of heat loss in residential building, which is, by its function, a separate dwelling house. First, we will calculate the thermal transmittance of the facade, ceiling and floor of the building and we will find out if they have the appropriate heat loss in relation to the maximum value set by tehnical guidelines. Second, we will calculate the heat transfer coefficient of the building envelope in which we will include heat loss due to thermal bridges. At the end, we will suggest some building improvements that can help reduce the heat losses. |
