Abstract
Magistrsko delo Ekskurzije v mestu Maribor od 1. do 5. razreda osnovne šole je sestavljeno iz treh delov, ki se med seboj povezujejo: teoretičnega, praktičnega in empiričnega dela. Namen našega raziskovalnega dela je načrtovati ekskurzije od 1. do 5. razreda in izvesti ter evalvirati ekskurzijo v 1. razredu. Namen empiričnega dela je analizirati priročnike za učitelje spoznavanja okolja in družbe z vidika predlaganih aktivnosti učencev na temo naravna in kulturna dediščina. Prav tako smo želeli raziskati stališča učencev in učiteljev do ekskurzij pri omenjenih predmetih. Pri raziskovanju smo uporabili deskriptivno, kavzalno-neeksperimentalno metodo in komparativno metodo, v sklopu katere smo se posluževali sekundarnih virov. Anketirali smo 156 učencev in izvedli 5 intervjujev z učitelji. Rezultati so pokazali, da imajo učenci v vseh razredih raje pouk izven učilnice kot pouk v učilnici, pouk izven učilnice jim je tudi bolj zanimiv. V višjem razredu kot so učenci, v večji meri ekskurzijo povezujejo s poučnim izletom in so mnenja, da na ekskurziji zmeraj izvedo nekaj novega. Nekateri učitelji se za ekskurzijo odločijo na podlagi vsebine in teme. Prav tako nekateri učitelji menijo, da je znanje, pridobljeno na ekskurziji kakovostnejše kot znanje pridobljeno v učilnici, ker je trajnejše. Drugi učitelji menijo, da je kakovost odvisna od posameznika. Nekateri učitelji menijo, da so učenci bolj motivirani na ekskurziji, nekateri pa menijo, da ni razlike v motivaciji glede na to, ali je pouk potekal v učilnici ali v obliki ekskurzije. Kot pomanjkljivost izvajanja ekskurzije naštejejo učitelji stroške, spremstvo, soglasja staršev, odpadanje ur drugim učiteljem in vreme.

The Master's thesis The Excursions in the City of Maribor from 1st to the 5th Grade of Elementary School consists of three interconnected parts: the theoretical, the practical and the empirical part. The aim of this paper is to plan excursions, suitable for 1st' 5th grade, as well as perform and evaluate an excursion for 1st grade. The aim of the empirical part is to analyse handbooks for environmental studies and social science teachers from the aspect of recommended pupil activities pertaining to natural and cultural heritage. Furthermore, the position of pupils and teachers on these excursions is studied in the present paper. A descriptive, causal non-experimental method and a comparative method is used for the research process. For the latter secondary sources were utilised. A survey of 156 pupils and interviews with 5 teachers was conducted. The results show that pupils in all grades prefer classes outside of the classroom to inside it, with classes outside being perceived as more interesting. The higher the grade they are in the higher the pupils' association of the excursion to an educational trip, for which they believe always teaches them something new. Some of the teachers decide for the excursion based on subject matter and topic. Some teachers believe knowledge acquired on excursions is of higher quality compared to knowledge acquired in the classroom as it is more permanent. However, other teachers believe the knowledge quality to depend on each individual. Certain teachers perceived pupils' motivation to be higher on excursions, while other did not perceive a difference in motivation, whether the class was held in a classroom or in the form of an excursion. Following disadvantages concerning excursions were named by teachers: cost, need for escorting persons, parents' consent, cancellation of other teachers' classes and weather. |
