Abstract

Elektronsko poslovanje in z njim povezana spletna trgovina sta pomembna elementa današnjega časa. Smo v času, ko ne preživimo niti dneva brez uporabe telefona, tablice ali računalnika. Splet nas spremlja na vsakem koraku, saj lahko preko telefona kjerkoli in kadarkoli preverimo ter izbrskamo vse, kar nas zanima. Zelo pomembno je, da podjetja ustvarjajo spletne trgovine, saj na ta način pripomorejo k lastni prepoznavnosti in večjemu dobičku. Bistvenega pomena ni to, da ima podjetje ustvarjeno spletno trgovino, temveč mora biti le-ta hitro obvladljiva, funkcionalna in lepo urejena. Na splet dostopajo tako mladi kot starejši ljudje, zato mora biti trgovina prilagojena ciljnim kupcem ter ponujati izdelke in storitve za vse generacije, saj se le-te razlikujejo glede na njihove potrebe in želje. Glavni cilj diplomskega projekta je bil predstavitev elektronskega poslovanja, spletne trgovine ter analiza treh slovenskih telekomunikacijskih spletnih trgovin, in sicer A1, Boba in Telekoma. Na podlagi predelane teorije, vseh pridobljenih informacij in lastne presoje smo naredili analizo spletnih trgovin – opredelili smo njihove prednosti in slabosti. Vse spletne trgovine so nazorne, dokaj preproste in so nas vizualno pritegnile. Pri analizi smo upoštevali vse kriterije za presojo: videz spletne trgovine ter njeno vsebino in funkcionalnost. Spletni trgovini Telekoma in A1 sta si zelo podobni glede izdelkov, storitev in aplikacije, ki jih ponujata, vendar je Telekom nasploh bolj razširjen in prepoznaven ter ponuja več storitev, medtem ko ima Bob zelo malo ponudbo in je bolj primeren za starejše uporabnike. Na podlagi vseh ugotovitev ter lastne ocene in presoje smo za najboljšo spletno trgovino izmed ocenjenih spletnih trgovin izbrali trgovino A1, ker nas je takoj pritegnila z dizajnom začetne in ostalih strani, vsebino, ponudbo, kakovostjo iskalnikov, preglednostjo ter ostalo usklajenostjo.

Secondary abstract: E-commerce and related online shopping are nowadays important elements. Our phones, tablets and computers are part of our everyday life. Internet is with us on our phones everywhere we go, enabling us to check and browse anything we may be interested in. Online shopping is important for the company to increase their visibility and profit. The crucial points of online shopping is simplicity of the interface, functionality and attractive appearance. Internet is available for young and old, people of all generations, which means that an online store needs to be adapted according to target audience, and offer services and products for various generations, according to their needs and desires. Main objectives of this diploma project were introducing e-commerce, online shopping and to analyze three Slovenian telecommunication online shops, that is A1, Bob and Telekom. Stemming from the theoretical ground, presented in this diploma work, based on all the collected data and information, as well as own judgement we analyzed online stores – determined their advantages and weaknesses. All of the online stores looked simple and visually appealing. Analysis was based on the following criteria: online store's appearance, contents and functionality. Telekom and A1 online stores are quite alike, offering similar range of products and applications, but Telekom appears to be generally more well-known and recognized among customers, offering more services, while Bob focuses on a narrower variety of products and is more suitable for elderly users. Our conclusion was based on all of the findings and personal judgement. We chose A1 as the best among the analyzed online stores, because it took our attention immediately with its initial design and site design in general, its contents, offers, browser quality, its functionality and consistency.
