diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na analizo delovnih mest v konkretnem delovnem okolju. V podjetju Kavarent Damjan Jelenko s. p. se do zdaj niso ukvarjali z analizo in sistemizacijo delovnih mest. Menijo, da ne potrebujejo sistemizacije, saj ta v slovenski zakonodaji ni potrebna, če ima podjetje manj kot deset zaposlenih. Delavci posledično ne vedo, kaj so njihove ključne naloge in dolžnosti, podjetje ima težave pri zaposlovanju in tako je celotna slika podjetja neorganizirana.
V teoretičnem delu smo na kratko opisali najpomembnejše pojme, ki se pojavljajo v literaturi, in opredelili različna mnenja avtorjev o posameznih pojmih. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili osnovne podatke, ki smo jih zbrali za analizo delovnih mest, jih opisali in na podlagi vprašalnikov, intervjuja in lastnega opravljanja dela pripravili opis delovnih mest.
S tem diplomskim delom smo pripravili predlog za sistemizacijo delovnih mest. Prav tako smo podjetju predstavili opis delovnih mest, ki bi ga želeli uvesti v organizacijo. S pomočjo analize dela vsak delavec ve, kaj so njegove naloge in dolžnosti in tako lahko pripomore k boljši organiziranosti podjetja. Z upoštevanjem analize dela bi podjetje pristopilo k bolj urejenemu sistemu dela.

This diploma thesis focuses on a job analysis in a concrete working environment. The company Kavarent Damjan Jelenko s. p. has so far never carried out a job analysis and classification. It believes that it does not need a job classification because it is not required for a company with less than ten employees under Slovenian legislation. As a result, the workers are unaware of their key tasks and duties, the company is having hiring problems, and the entire company image is disorganised.
The theoretical section briefly describes the most important concepts found in literature, and states authors’ different opinions on individual concepts. The empirical section presents the basic data gathered for the job analysis, describes the data, and gives a job description based on questionnaires, an interview and the work performed.
This diploma thesis thus provides a job classification model. It also provides the company with a job description, which should be introduced into the organisation. By means of a job analysis, each worker knows his/her tasks and duties, and is therefore able to contribute to a better organised company. By taking the job analysis into account, the company would start on a path towards a more organised work system. |
