Abstract

V Magistrskem delu je predstavljena trdnostna analiza obstoječe konstrukcije stiskalnice »Unipress« za podjetje Ledinek Engineering d.o.o.. Glede na rezultate trdnostne analize smo obstoječo konstrukcijo v kritičnih detajlih izboljšali z lastnimi konstrukcijskimi rešitvami. Na izboljšani konstrukciji je bila izvedena optimizacija oblike s programskim paketom ProTOp. S pomočjo rezultatov optimizacije oblike smo geometrijo izboljšane konstrukcije dodatno preoblikovali. Kasneje smo za to geometrijo izvedli ponovno trdnostno analizo. V magistrskem delu so predstavljeni vsi rezultati trdnostnih analiz, kot tudi rezultati optimizacije oblike.

Secondary abstract: In this master thesis we presented a strength analysis on the existing construction of the press "Unipress" for Ledinek Engineering d.o.o.. Based on results of the strength analysis, we improved the existing construction in critical details with our own solutions for the shape. With the help of the programme package ProTOp we performed a shape optimization on the improved design. The geometry of the improved construction was further transformed with the help of the shape optimization results. Later on, we performed other strength analyses for this geometry. In this master thesis we presented all the results of strength analyses and the shape optimization results.
