Abstract
Obstajajo različne opredelitve družinskega podjetja. Gre za specifično obliko podjetij, pri katerih se v poslovanje vključujejo družinski člani, ki imajo velik vpliv na delovanje podjetja. V družinskem podjetju so dobri medsebojni družinski odnosi temelj uspešnosti.
Družinska podjetja imajo prednosti in slabosti, eno od glavnih slabosti pa zagotovo predstavlja načrtovanje nasledstva. Da bi prenos podjetja na naslednjo generacijo potekal brez večjih težav, je nasledstvo potrebno pravočasno načrtovati. V podjetjih, kjer je možnih naslednikov več, obstaja možnost nastanka konfliktov med družinskimi člani. Obstaja več različnih načinov prenosa podjetja, v večini primerov pa je želja družine, da bi podjetje ostalo v družinski lasti.
V Sloveniji je večina družinskih podjetij v lasti prve generacije, saj so se družinska podjetja razmahnila šele v devetdesetih letih dvajsetega stoletja.
Podjetje Ulbrich Hidroavtomatika je bilo ustanovljeno leta 1991 in se je s prenosom nasledstva soočilo leta 2016. Lastnik je začel o nasledniku razmišljati dovolj zgodaj, zato je svoje znanje lahko postopoma prenesel nanj in s tem omogočil podjetju, da je po predaji vodstvenih funkcij uspešno nadaljevalo s svojim poslovanjem.

Family businesses are not precisely defined, since there is no unified definition for them. They are specific type of businesses, which involves family members who work in the company and have a significant impact on the company's operations. Good relationship beetween family members is very imporatant for family business success.
Family businesses have advantages and disadvantages. One of the main disadvantages is succession planning. It is very important to start planning succession to the next generation at the right time, so the company can avoid major problems. In companies with several possible successors there is a possibility of conflict between family members.
The most of slovenian's family businesses are owned by the first generation, since the family businesses were not established before nineties of the twentieth century.
The company Ulbrich Hidroavtomatika was established in 1991 and it has confronted the transfer of succession in 2016. The owner was looking for successor soon enough, so he could transfer his knoweledge to him and with that he enabled company to continue without any issues. |
