Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je prikazati vplive posameznih elementov toplotnega ovoja stanovanjske hiše na toplotne izgube, porabo energije za ogrevanje in s tem povezane energetske učinkovitosti hiše. Tako iz ekonomskega kot iz okoljevarstvenega vidika predstavljajo toplotne izgube skozi elemente toplotnega ovoja hiše problem, ki pa ga lahko s premišljeno energetsko obnovo znatno znižamo. Na primeru stanovanjske hiše je s pomočjo računalniškega programa izvedena energetska analiza po posameznih elementih toplotnega ovoja (posamezno in v kombinaciji) ter za različne debeline toplotne izolacije v elementih ovoja. Na podlagi dobljenih rezultatov sem podal najbolj smiselne in možne ukrepe za čim večje zmanjšanje toplotnh izgub ob najnižjih možnih stroških investicije.

Secondary abstract: The main purpose of the diploma thesis is to show effects of seperate building envelope elements on single dwelling heat losses, energy consumption for heating and related energy efficiency of the building. From economical as also environmental aspect heat losses through building insulation envelope elements represent a problem, which can be considerably reduced with cautious energy renovation. Energy analysis on separate building insulation envelope elements (individually and in combination) as also for different thickness of thermal insulation in envelope elements was made on the example of a single dwelling with computer program. On the basis of the results the most reasonable and possible measures for reducing heat losses at minimum possible investment costs are introduced.
