Abstract

V magistrskem delu je predstavljeno testiranje letečih prirobnic večjih premerov, ki so bile izdelane v podjetju Megras d. o. o. Testirane prirobnice so bile varjene in nevarjene oziroma izrezane iz pločevine. Izdelano je bilo preizkuševališče za eksperimentalni del. Pri testiranju smo sklop napolnili z oljem pod tlakom. Na podlagi zategovanja vijakov smo merili, pri katerem tlaku spoj prirobnice ne tesni več. Na podlagi rezultatov smo primerjali razlike med varjeno in nevarjeno prirobnico. Opravljena je bila tudi numerična analiza s programskim paketom Abaqus. Dobljene rezultate smo nato primerjali z rezultati eksperimentalnega dela. Pri varjenih prirobnicah nas je zanimalo, ali je bila varilna tehnologija ustrezno zasnovana, zato smo izmerili trdoto vara. Opravljen je bil tudi natezni preizkus.

Secondary title: Testing and Modelling of Welded Lapped Flanges of Conduit Pipes of Bigger Diameters
Secondary abstract: In master’s degree testing of flying flanges of bigger diameters is presented. They were made in Megras, d. o. o., company. Flanges, that were tested, were welded and non-welded, that is to say, cut from metal sheet. For the experimental part the testing area was made. In testing we fulfilled an assembly with oil under pressure. On the basis of tightening the screws we measured at what pressure the assembly of a flange does not seal anymore. According to results we compared the differences between welded and non-welded flange. We also made numerical analysis with Abaqua software. Obtained results were compared with the results of experimental part. In regard with welded flanges, we were also interested if welding technology is appropriately designed, so we measured the hardness of weld. We also made a tensile experiment.
