Abstract

V diplomski nalogi obravnavam cestni odsek Viške ceste v Ljubljani. Cilj diplomske naloge je, da predlagam rešitve, s katerimi bi odsek izboljšal. V ta namen sem v prvem delu naloge opisal obravnavan odsek ter predstavil, zakaj je takšno stanje nevarno in neustrezno. Izvedel sem štetje prometa, na podlagi katerega sem analiziral prometne obremenitve odseka. To mi je poleg teoretičnih podlag pomagalo pri določitvi pomanjkljivosti odseka in pri določanju ustreznih ukrepov. V drugem delu sem podal dve rešitvi, ki sem ju utemeljil in kritično ovrednotil.

Secondary title: Analysis of the road section Viška cesta in Ljubljana with the purpose of improving of road safety
Secondary abstract: In my graduation thesis, I analyze the road section of Viška cesta in Ljubljana. The goal of my thesis is to propose solutions, which would improve this road section. For this purpose, I describe the analyzed road section in the first part of my thesis and represent the reasons why the state of this road section can be classified as inadequate. I carried out traffic count and with the help of my results and the theoretical basis, I could analyze the traffic load of this section. This helped me determine the negative aspects of this road section and propose appropriate solutions. In the second part, I propose two solutions that I justified critically evaluated.
