Abstract

Merjenci so opravili tri različne skoke (skok iz polčepa, skok z nasprotnim gibanjem in globinski skok), kjer smo dobili določene parametre.

Secondary title: Correlation between vertical jumps and technical elements without a ball in soccer
Secondary abstract: Football is a sport where different motor skills are important, and one of the most important is agility. Developing this capability is one of the key issues of the fitness preparation of a football player. The differences are minimal at the top level, so every hundredth counts. In my research I wanted to look for the correlations between vertical jumps on a tensiometric panel with a rapid change of direction. The measurements were made by three different jumps (squat jump, counter movement jump and drop jump), where we got certain parameters. As an agility test we used the direction change test at the highest speed and the direction change test after starting from the site. Tje angle of the direction change was 45 °. SPSS was used to calculate the Pearson correation coeficient. Eighteen players aged 16-18 who competed in the second Slovenian youth league were measured. Our hypotheses were partially confirmed. Some moderate correlations between direction cgange tests and vertical jumps parameters were found, however no strong correlations were observed.
