Abstract

Glede na evropske energijske smernice o učinkoviti rabi energije, želimo energijsko učinkovitost izraziti na pregleden način, ki bi upošteval merilo energijske učinkovitosti ter indikator rabe primarne energije glede na sam nosilec energije. Ker v evropskem prostoru še nimamo enotnega pristopa izračuna rabe primarne energije pri ocenjevanju energijske učinkovitosti stavbe, smo analizirali in ovrednotili ustrezne metode, ki omogočajo izračun faktorja primarne energije za električno energijo. Glede na letno statistiko proizvodnje električne energije v Sloveniji smo s pomočjo izbranih metod določili faktor primarne energije za električno energijo. Na podlagi analize proizvodnje električne energije preteklih let, smo z metodo linearne regresije določili faktorje primarne energije za obdobje od leta 2016 do 2050, za vse obravnavane metode.

Secondary abstract: According to the European energy guidelines on energy efficiency, we want to express energy efficiency in a transparent way, which would take into account the energy efficiency criterion and the indicator of the use of primary energy with respect to the energy carrier itself. Since in the Europe we do not yet have a uniform approach to calculating the use of primary energy in assessing the energy performance of the building, we have analyzed and evaluated the suitable methods that enable the calculation of the primary energy factor for electricity. According to the annual electricity production statistics in Slovenia, primary energy factor for electricity was determined using selected methods. Based on the analysis of the electricity production in previous years, primary energy factors for the period from 2016 to 2050 were determined using the linear regression method for all the methods discussed.
