Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti program pilates vade z žogo za nosečnice v zadnjem trimesečju. Vaje so primerne in ustrezno izbrane glede na priporočila za športno dejavnost v zadnjem trimesečju nosečnosti. Za športni pripomoček smo izbrali malo pilates žogo, ki pomaga vadečim, da dosežejo boljšo telesno pripravljenost. Mala pilates žoga je zanimiv pripomoček, ki je tudi zelo dostopen in praktičen. Pilates smo izbrali predvsem zato, ker spodbuja pravilno telesno držo in poudarja krepitev stabilizatorjev trupa ter mišic medeničnega dna, ki so v nosečnosti zelo pomembne. Pri izdelavi teoretičnega dela smo informacije pridobivali predvsem iz slovenske in tuje literature. V tem delu smo opisali značilnosti in posebnosti zadnjih treh mesecev nosečnosti, priporočila za vadbo in nevarnosti oziroma kontraindikacije za prekinitev športne dejavnosti med nosečnostjo. V drugem delu diplomskega dela smo izdelali in predstavili sklop pilates vaj z žogo, ki so primerne za nosečnice v zadnjem trimesečju. Vsaka vaja je bila skrbno izbrana in predstavljena s pomočjo slike. Pod sliko smo dodali tudi opis začetnega položaja in potek gibanja za pravilno izvedbo vaje.

Secondary title: Pilates training program with a ball for pregnant women in the last trimester
Secondary abstract: The purpose of the degree paper is to present Pilates with a ball workout for pregnant women in the last trimester. The exercises are suitable and appropriately chosen, considering the recommendation on sports activities in the last trimester of pregnancy. For the sports accessory, we chose a mini Pilates ball, that helps the ones who train to achieve better physical condition. The mini ball is an interesting accessory, which is also very accessible and practical. We chose Pilates mostly because it promotes better posture and emphasizes strengthening of the body stabilizers and toning of the pelvic muscles, which are very significant during pregnancy. We used Slovenian and foreign literature for the theoretical part. We described features and peculiarities of the last trimester of pregnancy, exercise recommendations and contraindications for exercising in the last trimester. In the second part of the paper, we designed and presented a system of Pilates exercises with a ball, that are suitable for pregnant women in the last trimester. Each exercise was attentively selected and shown in a picture. The starting position and the course of motion for proper exercise performance are described under the picture.
