Abstract
Vsako podjetje želi biti konkurenčno na vse bolj zahtevnem globalnem trgu. Pri doseganju tega cilja mora poslušati želje kupcev in jim ponuditi čim bolj kakovostne izdelke. Pred tem mora narediti analizo prodaje v preteklem obdobju in čim bolj natančno napovedati prihodnjo prodajo. V diplomskem delu sem ugotavljal, kakšna je bila prodaja v obravnavanem lesnem podjetju v zadnjih letih in na podlagi teh podatkov s pomočjo metode napovedovanja časovnih vrst napovedal prodajo za prihodnje obdobje.

Every company wants to be ahead of the competition on the market. In the achieving of this objective, the company needs to listen to the customer wishes and offer them the most quality poducts as possible. Before that, they need to make analysis of sales forecasting and ensure potentially stable future. In my thesis, I tried to figure it out how sales in wood company acted in the last few years, on the basis of the obtained data; with the help of forecasting method, time series analysis, I tried to predict sales in the near future. |
