diplomsko delo
Abstract

Influence of experimental three points shooting training program using a variety of technologies to the angle of incidence and effectiveness of shooting |
Secondary abstract: |
Precision is an extremely important characteristic of quality basketball. Three points shots mostly recently gained in value and is increasingly used also in the strongest basketball league National Basketball Association (short NBA).
In the diploma we discussed the three points shoot and various methods, which should influence the development of the precision and should be useful for the optimization of the training process. The purpose of the diploma was a case study, which could serve as a basis for more research on training methods for improving the precision of three point shoots. In the study we analyzed the training of the three points shoots of four basketball players. One was carrying out a training with a reduced diameter (38 cm) ring and one three points point training with a "smart ball" (94Fifty technology). The third basketball player carried out the training of the target for three points in the same conditions as the first and second basketball player, but without the use of technology, the fourth did not even perform the training for three points shoots. The study lasted thirty days.
The case study showed the greatest increase in the percentage of acidheads throws using methods with narrowed ring for 14 %. Training method with smart ball increased percentage acidheads throws by 8 % in training with the control group, 4 %. The most pronounced increase in the angle of incidence was in training without technology, by 4.73°. In practice with a "smart ball", with a reduced ring and a basketball player who did not specifically train for three points shots, we did not detect the change in the angle of incidence. |
