Abstract

V magistrskem delu smo analizirali položajno kakovost ZK-točk v koordinatnem sistemu D96/TM za območje k.o. Krčevina pri Ptuju. Absolutna kakovost je bila ocenjena s primerjavo koordinat ZK-točk, ki smo jih določili s terensko izmero v koordinatnem sistemu D96/TM s predhodno določenimi v koordinatnem sistemu D96/TM in D48/GK. Koordinate ZK-točk smo določili na terenu z metodo izmere GNSS-RTK, kjer smo upoštevali smernice Navodila za nadzor kakovosti podatkov v novem koordinatnem sistemu. Koordinate ZK-točk, ki so bile predhodno določene v koordinatnem sistemu D48/GK smo transformirali v koordinatni sistem D96/TM z regionalnimi in v lastnem postopku določenimi transformacijskimi parametri. Relativno kakovost koordinat ZK-točk smo ocenili na osnovi odstopanj med na terenu izmerjenimi dolžinami in dolžinami izračunanimi iz koordinat ZK-točk.

Secondary title: Assessment of positional quality of the land cadaster points
Secondary abstract: In the master's thesis, we analysed the positioning quality of the land cadastre points in the coordinate system D96/TM for the area of the cadastral municipality Krčevina pri Ptuju. The absolute quality was estimated by comparing the coordinates of the land cadastre points, which were determined by field measurements in the coordinate system D96/TM, with previously determined land cadastre points in the coordinate system D96/TM and D48/GK. The coordinates of the land cadastre points were determined by using the RTK GNSS method, where we followed the Guidelines for data quality control in the new coordinate system. The coordinates of the land cadastre points, which were previously defined in the coordinate system D48/GK, were transformed into the coordinate system D96/TM with the regional transformation parameters, which we got during the process. The relative quality of the coordinates of the land cadastre points was estimated on the basis of the deviation between the longitudinal surfaces we calculated from the land cadastre points coordinates.
