Abstract

V magistrskem delu razvijamo vpenjalne priprave za mehansko obdelavo zgornjega dela ležajnega ohišja vlaka. Poiskali smo robne pogoje in zahteve že v fazi planiranja, ki so ključne za nadaljevanje - v fazi koncipiranja in konstruiranja priprav v programu Solidworks. Poiskali smo kritične tolerirane dimenzije ohišja, katere poglavitno vplivajo na sistem vpenjanja kosa in na potek obdelave. Funkcionalno vrednost vpenjalnih priprav smo potrdili z mehansko simulacijo v programu Mastercam. Obdelava je programirana na pripravi številka dve, na kateri se opravi največji delež mehanske obdelave. Podrobno smo opisali programiranje obdelave in na koncu izbrali primerno rezkalno orodje.

Secondary title: Development of clamping devices for machining the bearing housing of railway vehicle
Secondary abstract: In the master thesis we develop clamping devices for the mechanical treatment of the upper part of the bearing housing of a train. In the planning phase, we looked for boundary conditions and requirements which are crucial for further work – at the stage of planning and designing devices in the Solidworks software. We looked for critical tolerable dimensions of the housing, which primarily affect the system of clamping the piece, and the course of treatment. The functional value of clamping devices was confirmed by the mechanical simulation in the Mastercam software. The treatment is programmed on the device number two, on which the largest share of the mechanical treatment is carried out. We described the programming of the treatment in detail, and finally selected the appropriate milling tool.
