magistrsko delo
Abstract

The purpose of the master's thesis was to analyze the theoretical knowledge in organizational culture, and carry out empirical research on the dominant type of organizational culture in a selected company and make some suggestions and recommendations for the improvements. The empirical analysis was based on a questionnaire developed by Cameron and Quinn. Based on empirical research, I determined that among the employees organizational market culture is prevailing. In the future the employees would like predominant organizational clan culture to prevail, which is based on the cooperation of employees, meanwhile the management is based on mentoring. Based on the results of the research, I prepared proposals for changes for the organizational culture of the selected company and similar organizations that are primarily intended for managers who can be the holders of such changes. |
