Abstract

Mimo letališča Jožeta Pučnika poteka gradnja obvozne ceste, zaradi širitve letališča in drugih objektov. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena vzpostavitev geodetske mreže, katere namen je določitev izhodiščnih točk za zakoličbo in posnetek končnega stanja. Koordinate so določene v starem državnem koordinatnem sistemu D48/GK, saj je v tem koordinatnem sistemu izdelana vsa projektna dokumentacija, dodatno pa smo v izmero vključili tudi ekscentrične signale. Koordinate točk geodetske mreže so bile določene na osnovi transformacije koordinat RTK-GNSS izmere in klasične terestrične izmere. Opisani so tudi postopki obdelave merskih vrednosti in potek izravnave. Z obdelavo in izravnavo meritev smo izračunali koordinate novih točk z nekaj centimetrsko natančnostjo, ki določajo poligon geodetskih točk po trasi nove obvoznice.

Secondary abstract: At Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport, a construction of a bypass road is underway due to expansion of the airport and other infrastructure. This undergraduate thesis introduces the establishment of the geodetic network which aims at defining starting points for stake out and the mesaure of the final situation. The coordinates are defined in the old national D48/GK coordinate system, as the measurements included also the excentric signals. In addition, the coordinates of the geodetic network points were defined on the basis of the GNSS measurement and a classic terrestrial measurement. The study also describes processing of measurement values and the course of adjustment. Finally, by processing and adjusting the measurements, the coordinates of new points with a few centimetres of accuracy have been set out, defining the polygon of geodetic points along the bypass road.
