Abstract

Opisan je zgodovinski razvoj dodajalnih tehnologij. Predstavljeni so osnovni procesi gradnje predmeta in dodajalne tehnologije FDM, SLA, Poly Jet in 3DP. Omenjene so značilnosti 3D tiskanih izdelkov in glavne prednosti tehnologij 3D tiska v današnji dobi. Narejen je pregled trga 3D tiskanih vezi in modularnega pohištva. Razvili smo mizo, katere sestavni deli so inovativni 3D tiskani vezniki in lesena konstrukcija. Namen izdelka je enostavna sestavljivost brez lepila in vijakov, ter dimenzijska prilagodljivost. Izvedeno je bilo preizkušanje mize po standardih SIST EN 1730:2012 Pohištvo % Mize - Preskusne metode za ugotavljanje stabilnosti, trdnosti in trajnosti in SIST EN 12521:2016 Pohištvo - Trdnost, trajnost in varnost - Zahteve za mize za domačo uporabo. Ugotovili smo, da izdelek ne dosega vseh zahtev omenjenih standardov in bi bilo za večjo togost izdelka nujno lepljenje oziroma vijačenje spojev.

Secondary title: Use of 3D printing technology in construction and design wooden products
Secondary abstract: We have described historical development of additive technology. We have presented the basic processes of object construction and additive technologies FDM, SLA, Poly Jet and 3DP. We have mentioned characteristics of 3D printed products and the main advantages of 3D printing technologies. We have overviewed the market of 3D printed joints and modular furniture. We have developed the table, which is constructed from innovative 3D printed joints and wooden construction. The purpose of the product is simple composition without glue and screws and has the dimensional flexibility. Because of all the mentioned characteristics, the product is also classified as modular furniture. We have made testing of a table, according to the standards SIST EN 1730:2012 Furniture - Tables - Test methods for the determination of stability, strength and durability and SIST EN 12521:2016 Furniture - Strength, durability and safety - Requirements for domestic tables. We have found that product does not reach all the requirements of the standard, and it would be necessarily to glue or screw the joint for the greater rigidity.
