Abstract

Uvod: Pri opravljanju vojaške službe prihaja do fizičnih in psihičnih vplivov na vojake, kar lahko pripelje do določenih fizičnih in duševnih sprememb. Poklic vojaka pogosto spremlja stres, ta pa se v določenih situacijah razvije v posttravmatsko stresno motnjo, ki vpliva na vojaka samega in posledično tudi na njegovo družino. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je predstavitev posttravmatske stresne motnje pri vojaku in njen vpliv na družino. Opisani so: funkcionalnost družine, posttravmatska stresna motnja, povzročitelji, fizična in psihična simptomatika, možnosti zdravljenja posttravmatske stresne motnje na splošno ter vpliv posttravmatskega stresa na otroka, partnerja in na družino kot celoto. Metode dela: Uporabljena je deskriptivna metodo dela, s pomočjo katere je bil izveden pregled strokovne in znanstvene literature. Rezultati: V vojaški službi se vojaki pogosto srečujejo s stresno situacijo, kar lahko pri vojakih povzroči posttravmatsko stresno motnjo in posledično vpliva na njihove družine. Če se stiske vojaka prenesejo na družinske člane, govorimo o sekundarni posttravmatski stresni motnji. Razprava in sklep: Stres, s katerim se spoprijemajo vojaki pri opravljanju svojega poklicnega dela, je velik. Najpogostejša posledica takih situacij je posttravmatska stresna motnja. Študije dokazujejo, da ima posttravmatska stresna motnja vojaka vpliv na njegovo družino, vendar je to področje premalo raziskano, zato je zaradi pogostih težav, ki jih imajo vojaki in posledično njihove družine, potreba po dodatnih raziskavah velika.

Secondary abstract: Introduction: During the military service, there are physical and psychological effects on soldiers, which can lead to certain physical and physical changes. The role of the soldier is thus accompanied by stress, which in some situations develops into a post-traumatic stress disorder and thus affects the soldier himself and consequently his family. Purpose: The purpose of the diploma work is the definition of post-traumatic stress disorder and the impact of it on the family. The description of the functionality of the family, the description of the post-traumatic stress disorder, the description of the agents, the description of physical and psychological symptoms, the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder in general, the impact of post-traumatic stress on the child, the partner and the family as a whole. Methods: The author will use the descriptive or descriptive method of work in the diploma work, through which he will carry out a review of professional and scientific literature. In the search for literature, the author focuses on the following databases: Medline, PubMed, ScienceDirect, DiKUL. Results: The post-traumatic soldier's influence on the family is huge. In the case of unprofessional assistance, post-traumatic stress disorder affects the family in the form of secondary post-traumatic stress disorder. Discussion and conclusion: The stress faced by soldiers both abroad and at home is on a large scale. Post-traumatic stress disorder predominates in the field of mental disorders in the military. The impact on the family is still a rather unexplored topic, therefore the need for research in this field is high
