Secondary title: | Experimentally supported determination of moisture in cement screed by using nondestructive methods |
Secondary abstract: | The aim of this Graduation Thesis was to evaluate different methods of determination of moisture in cement screeds. We have focused on the methods that are appropriate for direct execution at the construction site. In this thesis we have evaluated and compared three different methods. For this purpose we prepared three different types of cement screeds in moulds and applied the chosen methods. This allowed us to evaluate the general usefulness of particular method at the construction site, time needed for the execution and the necessary equipment to perform the moisture measurements. On the basis of gained experience from construction sites, the accuracy of particular method is determined as well. |
