Abstract

Vsako podjetje si v današnjih časih želi skrajšati zastoje in proizvajati z razpoložljivi kapacitetami vedno več izdelkov. Tržišče je najpomembnejši dejavnik, ki se mu vsa podjetja v današnjih dneh prilagajajo, saj so od njega odvisna. Magistrska naloga je namenjena uvedbi metode hitrih menjav na kovaško robotsko linijo oziroma t. i. SMED metode. Na robotski kovaški liniji sem analiziral čase menjav in nato opravil SMED delavnico. Po izvedeni delavnici sem čas menjave z vsemi spremembami še enkrat analiziral ter podal zaključke o uspešnosti glede na stroške in čas menjave.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays every company is trying to reduce delays and increase production with all available resources. The market is the most important factor to which all companies are adjusting today because they are dependent on it. The master's thesis is aimed at introducing the method of rapid changes to the robotic forging line or the so called SMED method. I have performed a SMED workshop after analyzing the times of the exchanges on the robotic forging line. After the workshop and applying the modifications I have repeated the analysis of the time exchanges. I have provided the conclusions on the costs and times of the exchanges.
