diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
Uspeh podjetij je v sodobnem konkurenčnem poslovnem okolju odvisen predvsem od zaposlenih, zato je pridobivanje in izbira kadrov izrednega pomena. Dobro izbrani oz. pridobljeni kadri za podjetje predstavljajo konkurenčno prednost. Tako moramo pri postopku pridobivanja kadrov nameniti selekcijskemu procesu kar se da največ pozornosti.
V svoji diplomski nalogi sem proučevala celoten postopek pridobivanja in izbire kadrov v sedmih slovenskih bankah. Ugotovila sem nekaj podobnosti, predvsem pa veliko razlik v postopkih kadrovanja v obravnavanih podjetjih. Analiza je bila primerljiva, saj gre za isto dejavnost. Iz podatkov, zajetih v tej raziskavi, omenjenih razlik ni mogoče zadovoljivo pojasniti. Morda so razlogi za pomembne razlike v ekonomiji obsega, morda pa v opravilih, ki jih ta raziskava ni zajela.

Success of the companies in a modern world of competition depends mostly on employees, which is why the acquisition and selection of personnel is so valuable. Well selected or gained cadres give the commpetitive advantage. That is why in the course of the proceedings for acquiring personnel we have to give our most attention to its selection process.
In my diploma thesis I have worked on the whole procedure of acquisition and selection of personnel in seven Slovenian banks. I have found a few similarities and quite some differences in the procedure of hiring personnel in the mentioned companies. The analysis was comparable due to the same activity of the companies. From the data included in this study, these differences can not be satisfactorily explained. Perhaps the reasons for significant differences are in the economies of range, perhaps in the tasks that this survey did not cover. |
