Abstract

Magistrsko delo govori o zasebnem katoliškem šolstvu od začetkov do danes. Poseben poudarek je na zasebnemu katoliškemu šolstvu v Sloveniji in na Hrvaškem. Prikazan je razvoj šolstva v povezavi z Rimskokatoliško cerkvijo, kar je postavilo temelje za zasebno katoliško šolstvo. Obravnavana snov je dopolnjena z zgodovinskimi orisi obdobij in prikazi pomembnih političnih dogodkov v obeh državah. Poudarek je na političnih okoliščinah v zadnji skupni državi, saj je to obdobje za zasebno katoliško šolstvo predstavljalo prenehanje delovanja. Delo prikazuje podobnosti in razlike katoliškega šolstva v Sloveniji in na Hrvaškem. Vsako obdobje je podkrepljeno z različnimi zakonskimi pravili, ki so se dotikali zasebnega šolstva. Cilj magistrskega dela je napisati pregledno zgodovino zasebnega katoliškega šolstva z dodanim opisom okoliščin na tem področju danes. Dopolnitev k magistrskemu delu predstavlja prikaz verskega pouka v Sloveniji in na Hrvaškem ter ključne razlike v obeh državah. Vse to je umeščeno v kontekst odnosov slovenskih in hrvaških duhovnikov med obema vojnama in tudi odnosov med državama danes.

Secondary title: Comparison of the development of private catholic education in Slovenia and Croatia
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis discusses private Catholic education from its beginnings to the present. Special emphasis is given on private Catholic education in Slovenia and Croatia. The development of education in connection with the Roman Catholic Church is shown, which laid the foundations for private Catholic education. The discussed topic is complemented by the historical outlines of the periods, and demonstrations of important political events in both countries. The emphasis is on the political circumstances in the last common country, when private Catholic education was terminated. The thesis shows the similarities and differences of Catholic education in Slovenia and Croatia. Each period is supported by various legal rules regarding private education. The aim of the master's thesis was to write a transparent history of private Catholic education, with the added description of the situation in this field today. Also included in the thesis is a presentation of religious education in Slovenia and Croatia and key differences in both countries in this field. All of this is also embedded in the context of relations between Slovenian and Croatian priests in the interwar period, as well as the relations between the countries today.
