Abstract

Skozi diplomsko nalogo bomo spoznali kakšne so prednosti in pasti spletnega nakupovanja. V prvem delu bomo spoznali kaj je elektronsko poslovanje, kako se je razvijalo, kakšne vrste in modeli obstajajo. Leta 1968 ko se je začelo e-poslovanje ni bilo slutiti, da se bo do danes tako razvilo in vplival na spremembo življenja ljudi. Ena od oblik elektronskega poslovanja je spletna trgovina, ki je tudi bistvo diplomskega seminarja. Podjetja se za takšen način prodaje odloča predvsem zaradi konkurenčnosti, ter mnogih prednosti. Zraven vseh prednostih, ki jih prinaša spletno nakupovanje ne smemo zanemariti pasti in groženj, ki se vztrajno razvijajo in jih je težko zatreti oz. popolnoma uničiti, če pa jih že uspemo, pa se hitro pojavijo nove.

Secondary abstract: The following thesis investigates the traps and benefits of online shopping. In the first part of this paper, the development, types and models of e-commerce are being represented. With its early begin in 1968, no one anticipated that one day online shopping would develop into such an extent as in present, and that it would have such an enormous influence on the people. As one of the many forms of the e-commerce, an online store is being set in focus of the thesis. Companies have decided to pursue this type of sales especially because of the competitiveness and also many other advantages. However, in line with all benefits, the thesis also reveals the traps and threats that are constantly developing and are therefore impossible to be completely destroyed. Furthermore into detail, we explore the procedure of a purchase, elements of an online store, the extent of online shopping and different sales models.
