Abstract

V diplomski nalogi sem se osredotočil na strojno obdelavo velikih obdelovancev na stroju Fermat WFT 13 CNC. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da v podjetju Preis kljub sodobnim strojem porabijo veliko materialnih sredstev, saj obdelovance pošiljajo v izdelavo kooperantom, ker na lastnih strojih ne uporabljajo napredne tehnologije. Izkazalo se je, da je s programom CAD/CAM CREO3, ki ga v podjetju že uporabljajo za izdelavo dokumentacije, z uporabo modula CAM manufacturing možno obdelovanje zahtevnejših oblik obdelovanca. Tako je večji delež proizvodnje opravljen v domačem podjetju. V diplomskem delu bodo predstavljene težave, ki v podjetju nastanejo zaradi nepoznavanja novejše programske opreme. Predlagana je rešitev, nadgradnja tehnologije z modulom CAM manufacturing, ki omogoča rešitev težav. Zaradi težav, ki nastanejo pri natančnosti umerjanja orodja, je predlagana izboljšava z zunanjim optičnim merjenjem orodja. Podjetje stremi za čim hitrejšo in natančnejšo obdelavo obdelovancev. Zaradi večje storilnosti in produktivnosti je predlagana izboljšava z zmogljivejšim orodjem.

Secondary abstract: In my graduation thesis, I focused on machining of large workpieces on Fermat WFT 13 CNC machine. It was found that in the company Preis, despite modern machines, they use a lot of material resources, as they send work pieces to the subcontractors because they do not use advanced technologies on these machines. It turned out that using the CAD/CAM CREO3 program, already used by the company to produce documentation, the use of the CAM manufacturing module enables the processing of more demanding workpiece shapes. Thus, a larger share of production was made in the domestic company. In the diploma are presented the problems that are created in the company due to not knowing the latest software. A solution is proposed, a technology upgrade with CAM manufacturing, which can solve problems. Due to problems arising in the accuracy of the calibration of the tool, an improvement is proposed with an external optical measurement tool. The company strives for faster and more precise machining of workpieces. Improved productivity and productivity improvements are proposed with a more powerful tool.
