Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava tematiko uporabniške izkušnje, ki je v tesni povezavi s pojmom uporabnost. Za lažje razumevanje sinergije med njima lahko povzamemo, da uporabniška izkušnja predstavlja emocije oz. dobro počutje uporabnika med interakcijo s storitvijo, ki mora biti za popolno zadovoljstvo tudi uporabna. Na podlagi pregleda teorije in že obstoječih študij smo zastavili koncept raziskave, katere glavni namen je bil vrednotenje uporabnosti in uporabniške izkušnje spletne video storitve Voyo pri novih uporabnikih. Za potrebe testiranja smo v raziskavo vključili kombinacijo kvantitativnih in kvalitativnih metod, pridobljeni rezultati pa interpretirajo kako testiranci ocenjujejo uporabnost spletne video storitve ter kakšna je njihova uporabniška izkušnja po enotedenski uporabi.

Secondary title: User experience analysis of web-based video delivery in Slovenia
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis deals with the theme of the user experience, which is closely related to the term usability. In order to understand the synergy between them better, we can sum up that the user experience represents emotions, the well-being of the user while interacting with the service, which must be for complete satisfaction also useful. Based on a review of the theory and already existing studies we set up a research concept with the main purpose to evaluate the usability and user experience of Voyo's online video service for new users. For the purposes of testing, we included a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods in the survey, the obtained results interpret how the testers evaluate the usability of the online video service and what is their user experience after a one-week use.
