Abstract

V diplomskem delu se bomo ukvarjali z vlogo družine v družinskem podjetju. Menimo, da je vloga družine v družinskem podjetju pomembna, enako pomembni so tudi medsebojni odnosi družinskih članov v podjetniški družini. Teoretični del nadgradimo z empiričnim delom proučevanja družinskega podjetja, v katerem obravnavamo družinsko podjetje Avtoedo, Edo Jagodič, s. p. Proučili bomo vlogo družine v družinskem podjetju, kdo so člani družine in kakšni so njihovi medsebojni odnosi. Ugotavljamo vlogo posameznega člana družine družinskega podjetja Avtoedo, Jagodič Edo s. p., in odnose med njimi. V podjetjih se pojavljajo prednosti, tudi v podjetju Avtoedo, Edo Jagodič s. p., saj so vsi člani družine predani poslu in družini. Podjetje Avtoedo, Edo Jagodič, s. p., je družinsko podjetje, lastnik in ostali družinski člani vlagajo v podjetje veliko svojega truda in denarja. Kot vsako podjetje ima tudi proučevano slabosti, kot so nasledstvo, uvajanje sprememb in dominantnost lastnika. Te želijo v podjetju odpraviti. Podjetja so usmerjena v prihodnost, zato so zanje pomembni dolgoročni cilji in ohranitev podjetja v družinskem krogu; slednje si želijo tudi v proučevanem podjetju.

Secondary abstract:	In the diploma thesis we will deal with the role of a family in the family business. We believe that the role of the family in a family business is very important, as are family relationships. The theoretical part is upgraded with the empirical part on the family business Avtoedo, Edo Jagodič s. p. (sole proprietor). We will examine what role the family has in the family business, who the family members are, and what are the relationships between them. We seek to establish what the proposals for managing roles and relationships are between the family members of the family business Avtoedo, Jagodič Edo s. p. Various advantages arise in enterprises, including that of Avtoedo, Edo Jagodič s. p. since all members of the family are dedicated to both the business and the family. The enterprise Avtoedo, Edo Jagodič s. p. is a family business, the owner and other family members invest a great deal of work, money and themselves in the enterprise. As any company, the studied company also has weaknesses such as succession, introduction of changes and dominance of the owner, which the enterprise also wants to troubleshoot. Most enterprises are oriented towards the future, and so long-term goals and keeping a business in the family are important for them, which the studied enterprise also desires.
