magistrsko delo Management v zdravstvu in socialnem varstvu
Abstract
Sprotno raz/reševanje etičnih problemov in dogodkov v okviru zdravstvene nege otroka, bi pripomoglo k zmanjšanju psihofizične izgorelosti medicinskih sester in s tem zagotavljanje kakovostne zdravstvene nege.

Ethical principles of the child's admission to the unit of intensive therapy |
Secondary abstract: |
Despite the knowledge that health workers have there is still a "barrier" in communication and information transfer between parents of sick children and health professionals. It is true that working at the Clinical Department of Pediatric Surgery and Intensive Therapy is stressful and requires a high level of professional competence, but at the same time we must be aware of the fact that one of the most important factors of good clinical practise are communication and respecting moral and ethical principles.
Using the questionnaire, we want to obtain relevant information to disclose deviations in individual areas that could be improved. With the findings to which we will come at topic under discussion we will be in the future able to provide for parents of sick children more dignity, free decision-making and ethical treatment throughout the entire medical care of the baby. We would enable nurses sovereignty in decision making in health care through the process of child medical treatment and consequentlyn made identification and resolution of ethical dilemma easyer. Instant resolving of ethical problems and events in the context of nursing care of a child would help to reduce the psycho-physical burnout of nurses and thereby would provide quality nursing care. |
