Abstract

V magistrskem delu je predstavljen računalniški pristop k modeliranju procesa prisilnega ohlajanja retorte in določitve nastalih napetosti. Ohlajanje retorte smo modelirali s pomočjo računalniške dinamike tekočin, trdnostno analizo pa s pomočjo računalniške mehanike trdnin. Cilj dela je bil izvesti skopljeno numerično simulacijo interakcije tekočine in trdnine. Spoznali smo, da zaradi neenakomernega ohlajanja retorte nastanejo notranje napetosti, ki na mestih, kjer je temperaturna razlika največja povzročajo plastično deformacijo retorte.

Secondary title: Stress determination of forced cooled retort
Secondary abstract: The master’s thesis presents a computer approach of modeling the process of retort forced cooling and how to determine resulting tensions. The retort cooling was modeled with computational fluid dynamics, meanwhile the strength analysis was modeled with the finite elements method. The objective of the thesis was to carry out a numerical simulation of fluid structure interaction, thus we learned that unequal retort cooling causes internal stresses, which lead to plastic deformations of the retort in places where the temperature difference is the highest.
