diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo raziskali na kakšen način pridobivajo in izbirajo ustrezen kader v podjetju X. Diplomsko nalogo smo razdelili na dva dela – na teoretični in empirični oz. raziskovalni del. V teoretičnem delu smo opisali proces zaposlovanja kadrov, planiranje, pridobivanje, selekcijo in končno izbiro kadrov. Pri pridobivanju kadrov smo opisali načine pridobivanja kadrov (interno in eksterno pridobivanje). Pri selekciji kadrov pa smo opisali metode selekcije, med njimi opisali tudi kadrovski vprašalnik in končno izbiro delavca. V raziskovalnem delu smo na kratko predstavili organizacijo X, njeno organizacijsko shemo in strukturo zaposlenih. Opisali in razčlenili smo tudi njihovo pridobivanje in selekcijo kadrov, izdelali pa smo tudi nov kadrovski vprašalnik. Ugotovili smo, da je sam proces zaposlovanja v podjetju X zelo kompleksen, saj gre za nihanja v naročilih, zato je težko predvideti optimalno število kadrov. Poleg internega pridobivanja kadrov, se poslužujejo tudi eksternega, ter na ta način poskušajo motivirati zaposlene, proces zaposlovanja kadrov v podjetju pa vodi direktor sam. Na podlagi opravljene raziskave smo navedli ugotovitve in ustrezne predloge za izboljšavo obstoječega stanja.

In the thesis, we investigated the presented the way in which the appropriate personnel were acquided an selected by the company X. We divided the thesis into two parts – the tepretical and the empirical/research part. In the theoretical part we described the process of the recruitment of personnel, planning, acquiring, selection and final selection of personnel (internal and external acquiring). In the selection of personnel, we described the staff questionnaire and the final selection of the worker. In the research work, we briefly presented the organization X, its organizational scheme and the structure of its employees. We also described and parsed their acquting and selection of personnel, and created a new staff questionnaire. We have found that the very process of employment in company X is very complex, as it it a fluctuation in orders, so it is difficult to predict the optimal number of personnel. In Addition to the internal recruitment of personnel, they also use the external one, and in this way they try to motivate employees, while the process of employing personnel in the company is managed by the CEO himself. Based on the research done, we provided findings and appropriate suggestions for improving the existing status of affairs. |
