Abstract

Izhodišče: Pri življenjsko ogroženih ponesrečencih je najnujnejši ukrep, hiter in samozavesten pristop. Visoko teoretično znanje prenesti v prakso in s tem izboljšati prognoze poškodovancev v nujni medicinski pomoči je želja vsakega zdravstvenega delavca. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti nekatera področja nujne medicinske pomoči, predstaviti pravilen pristop in kako učinkovito ukrepati. Raziskali smo, kakšno je znanje dveh ciljnih skupin na teh področjih nujne medicinske pomoči ter kakšna je razlika znanj med tema dvema ciljnima skupinama. Raziskovalne metode: Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo dela in kvantitativno metodo raziskovanja. Anketni vprašalnik je vseboval 20 vprašanj zaprtega tipa in eno vprašanje odprtega tipa. Pri tem je raziskovalni vzorec zajemal 80 anketirancev, študentov zdravstvene nege, od katerih eno skupino predstavljajo absolventi, drugo pa študenti v 2. letniku. Podatke smo statistično obdelali s pomočjo programa Excel in dobljene rezultate ponazorili v grafični obliki. Rezultati: Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da študenti zdravstvene nege dobro poznajo postopke iz področja nujne medicinske pomoči v 67 %. Študenti, ki so v absolventu, imajo 73 % poznavanje postopkov, študenti v 2. letniku, pa poznajo postopke nujne medicinske pomoč v 61 %. Sklep: Iz raziskave je razvidno, da so absolventi teoretično bolj podkovani na vseh področjih, ki smo jih raziskovali.

Secondary abstract: Theoretical background: In life-threatened casualties, the most urgent measure is a quick and self-confident approach. The desire of every health worker is to transfer high theoretical knowledge into practice and improve the prognosis of victims in emergency medical care. We examined the knowledge of two target groups in these areas of emergency medical assistance and what is the difference in knowledge between these two groups. Research methodology: We used descriptive method of work and a quantitative method for the research in this study. As a research instrument we used an anonymous survey questionnaire containing 21 questions. The research sample consisted of 80 respondents from two target groups, one of which is comprised of absolvents, while others are students of the 2nd year of the Faculty of Health Sciences in Maribor. The obtained results was processed using Excel and presented in the form of graphs. Results: The study found that the students of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Maribor are good aware (67%) of the procedures that we have dealt with. Each target group, however, was differently aware. Absolvents were 73% and second year students 61% aware of emergency medical care procedures. Conclusion: The research shows that the absolvents are theoretically more proficient in all fields that we have studied, but we cannot say that some additional hours of lecture would not be useful.
