Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem se odločil predstaviti koncentrirano sončno toplotno energijo, elektrarne po svetu, ki uporabljajo takšno tehnologijo za izkoriščanje sončne energije ter pretvarjanje v električno energijo kot varno in čisto za okolje in ljudi, ter idejo za izgradnjo takšne elektrarne v Savinjsko-šaleški regiji z možnostjo sodelovanja z blokom 6 Termoelektrarne Šoštanj. Prikazal sem koncentrirane sončne toplotne elektrarne po svetu ter njihovo vlogo pri izkoriščanju sonca s koncentracijo sončnih žarkov. Nadalje sem predstavil tudi izračun stroškov takšne elektrarne ter primerjavo z ostalimi elektrarnami po svetu, ki uporabljajo takšen tip tehnologije. Ugotovil sem, da bo za izgradnjo takšnega projekta v Sloveniji potrebnega še nekaj časa, saj je takšna tehnologija še v zgodnji fazi za razliko od tehnologije s fotonapetostnimi paneli, ki smo je bolj navajeni in nam je tudi bolj poznana.

In this diploma thesis I've decided to present concentrated solar energy, power plants around the world that use this kind of technology for exploitation of solar energy and transformation into the electricity as safe and clean for the environment and people and the idea of building such power plant in the Savinja-Šalek region with the possibility of cooperation with block 6 of Šoštanj thermal power plant. I have presented concentrated solar thermal power plants around the world and their role in the exploitation of sun in a way with the concentration of sun rays. I've also presented a calculation of costs for such plant and comparison with other power plants around the world using this kind of technology. However, the construction of such project in Slovenia will take time, because such technology is in early stage unlike the technology with photovoltaic panels, which we are more accustomed to and is more familiar to us. |
