Abstract

V današnjem času je uspeh podjetja pogojen z odločnostjo, v smislu sprejemanja učinkovitih in hitrih poslovnih odločitev ter prilagajanja okolju, ki se nenehno spreminja. Diplomsko delo obravnava poslovni načrt podjetja Šuštar Trans d. o. o., ki je v svoji panogi uspešno že 20 let. Podjetje se ukvarja se z gradbeništvom. Glavna dejavnost je cestni tovorni promet z oznako H49.410. Poleg tega se podjetje ukvarja tudi z izkopi, dobavo in prevozom betona ter separacijo. Podjetju je do zdaj uspelo doseči zastavljene cilje, naslednji korak pa predstavljata širitev podjetja in prilagoditev trenutnim razmeram v poslovnem okolju. Na osnovi izvedene SWOT-analize, finančnih analiz ter ostalih kazalnikov iz poslovnega načrta podjetja ugotavljamo, da mora podjetje izkoristiti svoje prednosti in zmožnosti za nadaljnjo rast in ponujeno priložnost v trenutnem okolju. Znanje in izkušnje so največje vrednote podjetja, s tem pa tudi konkurenčna prednost. Predlagamo, da se podjetje odloči za generično rast in rast z diverzifikacijo, kar pomeni širjenje ponudbe in podjetja, kar lahko posledično pomeni tudi prevzem večjega tržnega deleža. Po proučevanju strokovne literature in internih podatkov podjetja smo najprej opredelili podjetniško rast in se osredotočili na Churchill-Lewisov model rasti. Podjetje je organizirano kot kapitalska družba, družba z omejeno odgovornostjo, organizacijska struktura pa je preprosta. Pomembno je, da zaposleni vestno opravljajo svoje funkcije, rezultat pa je viden v razvoju podjetja. Projekcija poslovnih izkazov prikazuje možnost za rast podjetja. Zaradi povečanega obsega poslovanja se bo podjetje širilo v številu zaposlenih (povprečno pet zaposlenih več na letni ravni) in tudi z nakupom nove opreme. Opredmetena osnovna sredstva se bodo do leta 2020 povečala za 4.673.784 EUR, kar je v primerjavi z letom 2016 več za 2.411.807 EUR. Dobiček bo ostajal v podjetju in se ne bo izplačeval. Tako se bo posledično večal tudi kapital, ki bo do leta 2020 znašal 3.029.100 EUR. Podjetje bo rast delno financiralo z lastnimi sredstvi, vendar bo zaradi prevelikih investicij najelo tudi kredite in lizinge. Vpliv investicije bo za podjetje pozitiven, saj bodo čisti prihodki od prodaje do leta 2020 dosegli 5.077.351 EUR. Z izbrano strategijo rasti se bosta povečala obseg prodaje in dobiček poslovanja. Cilj diplomskega dela je prepoznati poslovne priložnosti in sposobnosti podjetja za nadaljnjo rast, hkrati pa pokazati pravo pot, ki bo podjetju omogočila širitev poslovanja in rast.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays, a company’s success is conditioned by determination, in the sense of making effective and quick business decisions and adapting to a constantly changing environment. This diploma thesis discusses the business plan of the company Šuštar Trans d. o. o., which has been operating successfully in its industry for the past 20 years. The company is engaged in the construction business. Its principal activity is freight transport by road under code H49.410. In addition, the company is also engaged in excavations, a concrete mixing plant, and a separation plant. So far, the company has succeeded in achieving the set goals; its next step is an expansion of the company and adaptation to current conditions in the business environment. Based on the conducted SWOT analysis, financial analyses and other indicators from the company’s business plan, it has been determined that the company has to make use of its advantages and capacities for further growth, and seize the opportunity that the present environment has to offer. Knowledge and experience are the company’s greatest assets, and consequently its competitive advantage. The company should opt for generic growth and growth through diversification, which means expanding its offer and the company itself, which may result in the company gaining a larger market share. After studying the professional literature and internal company data, the thesis defines entrepreneurial growth and focuses on the Churchill-Lewis growth model. The company is organised as a company with share capital, i.e. a private limited company, and its organisational structure is simple. The important thing is that its employees perform their functions conscientiously; the result is evident in the company’s development. The profit and loss projection shows an opportunity for company growth. Owing to an increase in business volume, the company will expand by increasing its number of employees (on average, five new employees annually) and purchasing new equipment. By 2020, the tangible fixed assets will increase by €4,673,784, which is €2,411,807 more than in 2016. Profits will stay in the company and will not be paid out. Consequently, its capital will grow, amounting to €3,029,100 by 2020. The company will partially finance the growth with its own resources, but will also take out loans and leases because the investments will be too high. These investments will have a positive impact on the company, as net turnover will reach €5,077,351 by 2020. The chosen growth strategy will lead to an increase in sales volume and operating profit. The aim of this diploma thesis is to identify business opportunities and the company’s capacities for further growth, while indicating the right path that will enable the company to expand its business operations and grow.
