Abstract

Izhodišče: Zaposleni se vsakodnevno srečujemo s težavo, kako uskladiti poklicno in družinsko življenje. Veliko časa preživimo v službi, se srečujemo z nezadovoljstvom zaposlenih, povečano obremenitvijo, kar vodi do stresa, izgorelosti, psihične in fizične izčrpanosti. Podatki so bili pridobljeni z anketnim vprašalnikom.

We spend a lot of time at work, we are faced with employee dissatisfaction, overburdening, which leads to stress, burnout, psychological and physical exhaustion. Purpose: The research was based on the finding that employees in social service institutions, face the onset of burnout and overburdening in the workplace, if the introduction and implementation of measures of the FFC certificate helps to facilitate the reconciliation of work and family life, increase employee satisfaction, the quality of the work environment and, consequently, reduce the burden. The analysis was made using SPSS: the Mann-Whitney’s and the Chi-square test. Results: Satisfaction is higher in institutions, that do not have the certificate, than in institutions holding the certificate. The burden is statistically significantly higher for employees in institutions holding the FFC certification in terms of fatigue of the employees, physical, mental and emotional exhaustion (p <0.05). Employees in institutions not holding the certificate, believe that the implementation of the measures affects the quality of the working environment to a greater extent (47%) than in institutions holding the certificate (32%).
